Ingredients:
- Good quality rice flour 250 grams
- 65 grams of wheat flour
- 200 grams of sugar
- 125 cassava tape without a fuse
- 3 grams of instant yeast
- 370 ml coconut milk
- 3 pieces of pandan leaves
- slices of pandan leaves for topping decoration
Steps to make it:
heat the pandan leaves until boiling then let it warmtape and sugar in the pureerice flour, wheat flour and instant yeast in enter it and stir until smooth until soft dough. cover the dough using plastic wrapthen let stand for approximately 2 hours, place it in a warm place for instant yeast to work maximal.in the lid with a cloth can also.after the let stand for 2 hours then open the cover of plastic wrap it, the scent was smelled fragrant apem although still raw.dan batter visible cavity signifies instant yeast work maximal.
the next step heat the mold apem, apply a mold using thin margarine.pour batter about 3/4 full then cover mold, note its fire, not too big to mature it flat, give pandan slices on it ... now apem cake is ready in serve.
